It doesn't matter if it was in theaters or at home.

I watched "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" last night. I'm not one of the superfans of these movies, but I do like them. I tend to fast forward past the parts involving the hobbits and concentrate on the fights though. I just see them as well made, epic films. The direction, acting, locations and score all blend together perfectly. They'll never be my favorite movies, but watching them around Christmas is practically a tradition now for me.
