Directed by Joel Schumacher,Phone Booth is an average thriller/action movie.Although Colin Farrell has played the role of Stu Shepard very accurtely ,the only captivating element ,according to me, is the voice of the caller i.e Kiefer Sutherland's.And I think this is the most enjoyable piece in the whole movie.The whole movie is made in the phone booth where Stu with earphone to his ear,can't leave out as The Caller has threatened to kill him if he do so.

Film-makers definitely did an excellent job in maneuvering the caller's voice according to the situation in hand .Furthermore, the comments and witty remarks offered by the caller in his cozy, and sly voice cater to ur suspense needs.
Apart from this, i really can't comprehend the relation between the caller and why Stu was chosen by the caller and what he achieved by creating such a scene ....just to make Stu honest with his wife?...i don't buy it.
May be the movie would have been more appealing if the whole drama has been fabricated by his wife just to make him divulge his secrets!

I liked this movie. It had a decent ending, depending on how you wanted the movie to end. I found that it ran short and I found it had to much language. Of course, the language is applied only to make the movie even more realistic, having said they're in New York City. A great thriller and a good, entertaining performance by Colin Farrell. Joel Schumacher does a good job as director. One of the best thrillers of 2002.

Interesting story. The name is also interesting . But it was average film and no where near to OSCAR awards . Joel Schumacher is the director of the movie. I know people watched the movie but don't liked the story line.

In the beginning I thought the film was going to be just a normal thriller but it turned out to be a thousand times better than I expected. I was so impressed with the thriller genre so much that I went back and watched the thriller classics.

nice movie, full movie at one place yet made very interesting, director impressed.
