moral lesson is, Winning is not a gain, it's the trust and the unity that brings everyone into one vision, one goal...

I've seen this and it's basically a nicely made re-make of "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" starring a host of comedy stars famous/popular for the time it was made (1963). The premise is the same, a group of people with nothing in common out to be the first to reach a crap-load of money. Greed, avarice, and every-man ("...except YOU lady... you can just... drop dead!") for himself.
