Default What's your favourite Documentary?

Hi everyone.

What's your favourite Documentary?

Recently I caught the documentary on Global Warming, after watching it, I decided to go Environment Friendly for a day! No idea we did so much harm to our planet each day.

Ya i have seen the documentry " Supersize Me ". You are right we have caused a lot of harm to our planet. This planet is ours and we are responsible for its wellbeing. We should care for our planet just as we care for our house and surrounding areas, afterall planet is our Home.. the only Home we got..

Faces of Death, I would say. Although a lot of times I'd be turning my back from the television. This film are caught in the act death accidents and after watching the film it made me a lot more careful with life, as well as the message turns out to be don't play with death.

I really like Supersize me. It shows what McDonalds can do to most of americans. I would not be shocked if we see more documentaries on fast food and how bad it is for us.

My alltime favourite is the BBC production
Planet Earth. I am not sure, if everyone
has heard of it. It is a classical one showing
amazing nature and animal scenes. You
should check it out. You can get a first
impression of it at videopages like YouTube
and so on.

One of my favorite documentary film is from our country entitled "Minsan Lang Sila Bata" (denotes that kids only passes childhood stage once). It made my heart ached seeing kids abused by letting them work instead of letting them enjoy their childhood.

I agree with you that this is a great documentary. It is a pity that a lot of us is allowing marketing consultants dictating the way we eat.
We should really try to fight against this.

Faces of death is neither a movie nor a documentary, it was a collection of FAKE, I repeat, FAKE videos that were made to cater to the needs of those who like Gore. Movies like Saw and Se7en also cater to the same audience. My favourite documentary is very difficult to state as i have number of favourites for each category. I like history and current affairs type of documentaries. My current favourite is Why Democracy? series on BBC. Other favourites include Atomic Journeys Welcome to Ground Zero, Etre et avoir( sorry if i mis spelled that) and Rome engineering an empire.

I will go for supersize me. It actually made me never to enter a fast food restaurant again. It has actually saved me some money and my health is much better. The only problem I have now is dealing with my kids who just don't believe that daddy knows best.
