While I don't know the name of the site there is one for $39.99 a month that allows you to download unlimited movies and music. Sometimes however where you download (similar to P2P sites) you may get a (american made) movie that is in Dutch or German or whatever soundtrack. But since you can still prowl around looking for it you should find one suited to your needs.
This is totally legal and there are thousands of members and thus the motion picture industry and music industry hasn't said one whiff about and they know about it.
The site is also virus free which was a danger of the crap shoot that used to be Napster, and the resultant clones. Always
ALWAYS scan the file after downloading it in a contained area to be sure it's free of viruses... your high-end anti-virus software should allow you to do this, create a folder on your HD that is within the av program that'll quarantine the file for scanning before clearing it as virus free. Some will let you do it while downloading so you can stop it should it show an infection.
