Trying to remember a movie title - Movies Discussion Forum

Hey Gang,

I haven't seen this movie in a super long time but I know it was made sometime in the 1970s. Basic story was 4 friends (possibly brother) travel to a town that is supposed to be the best town to learn martial arts. It turn out that they do teach martial arts but not in the conventional way. One brother hefts boulders to develop great strength, one has to break bamboo with his body to develop iron skin, one works making flour to develop iron palm, and one transports manure from in ground pits and develops incredible jumping ability. The town eventually comes under attack and the four men uses their new skills to defend the town.

Anyone know the name of this film cuz I'm trying to see if it's available on DVD.

It's your typical martial arts period movie, typical of most Hong Kong films from the 70s

Yeah, it's an HK kung fu movie from the 70's. I wish I could find pictures of it but it's been at least 20 yrs plus since I saw the movie.
