Default Coen Brothers-

What is your take on the Coen brothers...some people love them, some hate them... they have a unique style and are always trying new things and techniques... what do you think of their films...?

I think they are slighty overrated - I still enjoy Fargo and No country, but the I like the Wachowski better

My fave Coen Bros. movies:

5. Blood Simple - The beginning of all thing things Coen in the world of film.

4. O Brother Where Art Thou? - By far, the second funniest film in the sublimely funny movie genre. Unfortunately, there are only two movies that make up this genre, so far. however, that takes nothing away from the fact that this film wuz bonafide.

3. The Man Who Wasn't There -The script is great, Billy-Bob puts in a cool performance & Scarlett Jo is beautiful, as usual.

2. Fargo - Yuh.

1. Raising Arizona - By far, the funniest movie in the whole of the sublimely funny-movie genre.
