Even though I don't regularly watch silent movies, I think they are really intriguing. Mainly because it's a commentary on mixing music with action and trying to make a plot line without the dialogue. That takes some mastery!

i seen one a few years ago in college, the only time i been able to watch one till the end

Hitchcock did some pretty artistic silent films - although they were quite dreulling to watch.

Dialog is my favorite part, I love the witty banter between characters...I'm afraid silent films would not be for me.

See...I too am all about the witty banter...I mean, how much can I really say with body language, lack of color, and old music?...
